We are looking for a warm and friendly full time Customer Service Officer for Doutta Galla Aged Services Avondale Heights.

To be successful, you will bring enthusiasm for customer service and administration with a dedication to assisting others. Coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills, you will have exceptional attention to detail. Being technology savvy, experienced using various MS Office tools is a must.

**The role involves**:

- Providing high quality customer service and administrative support to residents, families and the Home's leadership team and staff.
- Ensuring compliance with Doutta Galla's systems, processes, policies and procedures.
- In liaison with the manager, coordinate replacement of planned and unplanned staff leave and complete administration tasks related to rostering.
- Prepare, maintain and distribute bed vacancy information.
- Coordinate new admissions and discharges.
- Maintain financial records relating to petty cash and claims for reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate and current information for clients, resident representatives, staff and external providers.
- Assisting with administration tasks relating to internal processes e.g. setting up new employees.
- Assisting with reception duties including prompt and courteous phone answering, accurate message taking and timely information transfer.
- Attending meetings to take minutes.
