Now Hiring | A Boutique Manager to be based in Sydney’s leading western suburbs shopping district Parramatta. You will lead an energetic and passionate team of people who are dedicated to creating experiences with our clients.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a strong sense of business acumen, an appreciation for product training, and an understanding of an omni channel experience.

Day to day will see you:

- Manage the performance of the team, and guide towards achieving results and developing individual talents.
- Empower the team, give support and provide constant feedback on individual performance during coaching or annual appraisals.
- Partner with the learning team, provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge & expertise
- Be committed to CRM KPIs and act pro-actively to recruit, retain and grow client loyalty.
- Ensure all customer details and data are recorded and maintained properly under the destined company database via the company device.
- Lead by example on the selling floor by creating tailor-made client experiences, personalized for each client visit, using the brand experience and building long-lasting relationships.
- Counter Management experience or retail management experience with a strong passion for makeup and skincare
- Beauty experience is ideal, but fashion/retail experience also considered
- Ability to work weekends as required
- Passion for beauty/skincare and an understanding of competitors in this space
- Strong commercial acumen with previous experience of achieving KPI’s
