We are searching for a seasoned Conference Sales Representative with a passion for selling unforgettable events?

Join a prestigious 150+ rooms hotel in the heart of Melbourne As the Conference Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of offering multiple function rooms, selling dinner parties for up to 250 guests, and catering to diverse market segments.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive conference sales, developing and nurturing relationships with clients across various industries.**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed guest expectations.**:

- **Develop innovative proposals and packages to attract a wide range of clienteles.**:

- Qualifications:

- Proven experience in conference sales, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
- In-depth understanding of the conference and events industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with Melbourne's market trends and competitors.
