**Job Opportunity: Mobile Phone Repair Specialist & Sales Representative**

We’re seeking an experienced mobile phone repair specialist capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Victoria’s largest phone repair companies.

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Proven expertise in product sales, understanding customer needs, and upselling.
- Proficiency in repairing tablets, iPads, Samsung phones, and iPhones.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who demonstrates accountability and shares responsibilities effectively.
- Flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Full-time availability with a strong record of punctuality.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
- Adaptability with your work schedule, which will be determined based on company requirements.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly rate ranging from $25 to $32 (plus super), depending on skills and experience.
- Additional commission for meeting KPIs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
