About the Role

We currently have 2 roles available

This role is responsible for the strategy, design, and end to end management of the consumer mass market product portfolio for AGL, across our Residential and Small Business customers. This includes proposition development and product management across our electricity and gas products, with the development of offers and bundles extending to other products, namely telco.

You will be required to lead the development and launch of the customer propositions for these products. This is a critical role within Customer Markets, and requires you to liaise with peers across Products, Pricing, IT, Marketing and Customer Channels to meet growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:
- Development of Product Strategy and Roadmaps for customer propositions across Consumer energy & telco products for Residential & SME segments, with a focus on market leading customer propositions.- Innovation & design of customer propositions through use of best practise design methodologies (including customer journey mapping and)- Deliver new customer propositions for your product and customers.- Proposition development and implementation (including GTM activities)- Lifecycle management (including performance and CX)- P&L management and business case development- Revenue growth through active portfolio management of your product.

You will also play a major role to radically simplify our proposition and portfolio to improve the customer experience.

Experienced Required- Experience in roles with transferrable or relatable skills, with strong experience in proposition roles.- Development of the product strategy and roadmap (focused on propositions)- Demonstrated experience in proposition development and lifecycle management.- Proven experience in balancing commercial needs and first-class customer outcomes- Proven experience proposition development and implementation (including GTM activities)- Demonstrated lifecycle management (including performance and CX)- Strong experience & skills in P&L management and business case development- Ability to draw upon insights and deliver conclusive and substantiated recommendations- Experience designing propositions and working with Customer Journey and Agile methodologies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including front line and executive level people

Ideal Experience

Data tools - Microsoft Azure / SQL - basic knowledge and a willingness to learn.
