Operations Support Agent

**What you’ll be working on**

Go behind the scenes as part of our Gateway Operations team based at our Matraville warehouse. Operations Support Agents are committed to handling and sorting our freight with the highest safety standard, ensuring all shipments move through the station seamlessly and in a timely manner. Processing our customers' shipments takes a huge operational team on the ground, tackling and coordinating a high volume of freight to ensure we deliver on our service promise to our customers.
- Safely manage and internally move all the consignments that come in and out of our depot in a timely manner
- Sort consignments to the correct delivery area
- PM shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Label all consignments to ensure efficient route
- Work together as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- LF Forklift Licence highly desirable
- Previous warehouse experience desirable
- Safety-focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
