**Role Summary**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Specialist to join an established charity. The position is a standalone role, overseeing all events from end to end. You will be working with the national team, a network of State and Territory Member Organisation personnel as well as industry and corporate partners. This position will be responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of various events ranging from dinners and workshops, to large scale events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project management of functions inc. promotion, registration, sponsorship, venue support.
- Develop strategies and execute events to increase supporter engagement.
- Managing relationships with venues, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Event logistics including management of casual event staff for duration of the event.
- Management of travel arrangements, including flights, transfers and accommodation requirements.
- Administrative tasks including database management.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Experience in a similar 360 Events role.
- Confident in using event management software and planning tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including copywriting skills.
- Brilliant time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Immediately available for an ASAP start.
- Experience in the Charities sector is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel domestically when needed.
