Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Melbourne, NSW. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks involve networking, attending industry events, preparing sales proposals, CRM/Pipeline ownership and negotiating contracts. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of event services.

- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management and coordination
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Relevant experience in the event industry is a BIG plus
