The **IT Asset & Procurement Coordinator**role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract (parental leave coverage). Located in the Multiplex Head Office Melbourne and with work from home options, the IT Asset & Procurement Coordinator is responsible to manage IT asset lifecycles, oversee procurement activities, ensure compliant software renewals and support operational and project needs across Australia.

As part of a global team, this role will be responsible for procuring IT equipment and manage onboarding/offboarding processes for employees as well as hardware forecasts. You would support the team to handle mobile service requests and coordinate IT orders for multiple sites. Additionally, you would liaise with vendors and finance teams to manage invoices, contracts, and purchase orders while maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Previous experience in Asset & Procurement within an IT function.
- Financial management process experience in IT purchasing and cost management.
- IT procurement experience including lifecycle ownership from procurement to end-of-life retirement.
- ServiceNow system experience, MS Excel skills, and an understanding of ITIL v3/4 is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
