We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years of SAP & SAP S/4HANA experience, including at least one public cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Cloud, focusing on AP/AR, invoice interfaces, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

SAP Experience & Key Skills:

- 10+ years of SAP & SAP S/4HANA experience (Implementation & Support) with S/4HANA Cloud experience and at least ONE “S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation” experience. Strong knowledge to manage AP/AR for invoice interfaces with other applications. Experienced in integrating of S/4Hana Cloud, Public Edition with other systems (SAP & non-SAP) for Master data & Transactional Data.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO and strong S/4HANA Cloud experience.
- Good understanding of S/4HANA public cloud best practices and scope items and have experience in using various standard tools for public cloud.
- Experience in conducting Fit to standard workshops with business users.
- Configurations in public cloud environments.
- Set up Organization Structure, Various Master data.
- GL, AP & AR business processes.
- Budgeting & planning.
- Cash Management, Bank interface.
- Asset accounting.
- Controlling, Product Costing, Allocations, Settlements.
- FI closing activities.
- Experience in Data migrations using migration cockpits.
- Cutover Activities.
- Knowledge of intercompany transactions & reconciliation processes.
- Ability to design a robust, scalable solution with minimal customization.
- Testing Exposure and knowledge of integrations & interfaces with other systems, Banks & financial institutions.
- Integration experience with other functional modules like Project Systems, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Enterprise Asset Management.

Other Skills:

- Possess good communication skills and able to communicate well with client and offshore teams.
- Strong team player to manage the delivery with fellow consultants and third-party application teams.
- Demonstrate Team Lead skills to drive workshops and engage client team throughout the engagement.
- Working experience in shared service model to manage working on multiple projects / clients simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

- Domain experience in finance functions AP, AR, reconciliation, closing, etc.
- Exposure to construction, equipment hiring, renting, servicing business.
