**The Company**:
Kotahi Consulting are representing a reputable mid-tier civil construction contractor with a strong industry presence. The business currently has an annual turnover of $250 million with aggressive growth plans to leverage vast opportunities across Asia-Pacific’s energy and water sectors.

We are currently seeking a Lead Talent Advisor to join their team.

**Role Overview**:
As the Lead Talent Advisor, you will manage a combination of corporate and project vacancies across Australia (primarily) and abroad. You will collaborate closely with key Executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategically source top talent. You will drive process improvements to ensure the businesses recruitment practices are effective and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with key hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and recruit top talent for corporate and project vacancies throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of cadets and graduates.
- Consult with leadership team and implement initiates to enhance diversity.
- Utilise your strategic skills to enhance systems and processes.
- Develop an annual recruitment plan including advertising channels and budgets.
- Work with marketing to optimise visibility of vacancies.
- Engage and manage external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Build market intelligence and consult with the business on industry trends, including remuneration, roster preferences, and uplifts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction, engineering or energy sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent for corporate and project roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change.
