**The Opportunity**:
The NDIS/DSOA Coordinator will operate within Minda’s Client Support Unit. The role or the Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the business unit in managing case load and providing customer service to clients and nominees. This will require monitoring, tracking, submitting, and reporting on NDIA quotes, DSOA funding arrangements and service agreements.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support Minda, Clients and nominees with NDIS / DSOA knowledge
- Review client NDIS SIL submissions
- Assist in client Roster of Care building
- Ensure client billing is timely and in effect
- Ensure client support is aligned to funding
- Basic analysis of incoming client plans to ensure supports align
- Build and maintain NDIS and DSOA knowledge
- Support the SIL Client Service Manager in project work
- Assist in process and procedure development

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Knowledge of the disability sector and NDIS rules and regulations is desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS service and supports
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills

**Additionally, you will require**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Additional screening/clearances may be required to work in specific areas)
- National Police Clearance
