You bring an understanding of end-to-end lending processes and simple loan structuring and credit requirements and may also have knowledge of financial accounting and cash flow budgeting and/or financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.

Ideally, you’ll have experience with business banking, OR a passion for and willingness to learn about businesses and complex lending, and you are great at having sales conversations with customers that provide solution-based outcomes.

**You will get to**:

- Partner with bankers to ensure consistent delivery to bank customers by anticipating and/or matching appropriate items to their needs.
- Collaborate with Business Bankers, credit risk, loans administration and internal stakeholders to streamline the customer experience.
- Attend joint customer visits with Business Bankers where required.
- Provide timely and high-quality service to both new and existing clients, promoting customer growth, retention, and advocacy.
- Assist the national Lending Assessment team in managing workloads.

As a successful Relationship Associate, you will have a career pathway to become a Business Relationship Manager, gaining exposure to a national operating model should you choose to.

This is a full time, permanent position that can be based anywhere Queensland (Cairns, Townsville, Maroochydore, Toowoomba, Ipswich or Brisbane) provided you have access to one of our corporate offices or BBCs. Hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today with an expectation of 3 days working from an office.
