**Agile Delivery Manager
**Contract: 6 months, (possible extensions), up to $1100 p/d + super**

**Attribute is pleased to partner with this Government arm as they seek an Agile Delivery Manager to work on a Government initiative to improve and distribute hazard awareness. We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager with experience in greenfield, digital, customer facing projects to work in a cross functional team.**

**The Role**:
This Agile Delivery Manager will enable a cross-functional team to work on a government initiative that improves and distributes hazard awareness. Although the initiative is up and running, this government arm intends to scale up the features of this initiative.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Delivery Manager enables Agile teams to deliver high-quality services by serving their needs and leading them in the right direction. They are often the first team member onboarded and help set up the project and the multidisciplinary team.

They work with Product Owners to engage key stakeholders and manage client relationships to keep the project running smoothly. They organise and facilitate delivery cadence, to maintain team’s and project’s overall health, and ensure the objectives are met.

**Key Skills**:

- Experience working in **greenfield**, **digital**, **customer facing** projects as a Delivery Lead/ Iteration Manager/ Scrum Master ideally in large, complex environments
- A strong knowledge of the Agile methodology, with the ability to efficiently set up and execute team’s cadence.
- Experience with widely successful Agile frameworks, tools and techniques, for example: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, User Story Mapping, XP Practices etc.
- Strong facilitation, communication and mentoring skills.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong work ethic, outcome focused attitude
