**Role Description/Criteria**

**St Kevin's College**

St Kevin’s College is a leading Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition - valuing learning, family, faith and fullness of life. We cater for boys from ELC to Year 12 with a current enrolment of 2,100 students. The College is a member of the Associated Public Schools of Victoria (APS).

**The Opportunity**

This is a newly created role, where the successful applicant will be multitasking between data entry, minute taking and creating reports. The role will also provide assistance to the Psychology department a few days per week.

The position is a part time, permanent role, Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm. Hours can be flexible.

**About You**

You have at least 2 years experience in an administrative/supportive role. Multi tasking and adhering to tight deadlines, whilst keeping a calm professional disposition on the surface is your greatest strength. You thrive in assisting teams with administration, regardless of the task at hand and your strong communication skills and confident positive nature, is evident upon meeting you.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification or discipline (highly desirable)
- Previous experience collating data for NCCD (highly desirable)
- Experience in administration support
