About the Role
The Learning Designer is responsible for the design, development and evaluation of a broad range of digital and blended learning solutions that support Baptcare employees in delivering high quality customer care. The role works collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders to provide expert advice, based on instructional design and adult learning methodologies to produce engaging, innovative educational programs.
**Key duties include, but are not limited to**:
Manage end-to-end projects to develop engaging educational content on time and within budget, utilising effective project management strategies.

**You will ideally bring the following**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, educational design or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work at various levels within the organisation and build and maintain strong working relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts using everyday language and target documentation to identify audiences.
High level project management skills and the ability to exercise initiative and judgement, establish priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines.
Advanced proficiency with online learning development and design tools (e.g. Articulate360, RISE)
Videography experience and editing skills also well regarded.
