**The Role**
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals with a keen interest in implementing recruitment policy, compliance, governance and business improvement to join our team. These roles play a key part in supporting the recruitment of APS employees within Defence by:

- Leading a team: Guiding and developing your team to deliver quality-driven work;
- Staying Informed: Keeping up to date with the latest policy and legislative changes and developments relevant to APS recruitment;
- Building networks: Grow relationships with stakeholders across workplace relations, legal, and broader networks to share knowledge;
- Content Management: Updating and maintaining online resources and web content to ensure information is accurate and accessible;
- Communications: Developing and delivering clear, concise, and engaging communication to stakeholders at all levels;
- Process Improvement and Compliance: Identifying opportunities to improve APS Recruitment governance, practices and processes;
- Lead and manage projects: ensuring effective coordination and successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of governance and risk management.

We currently have recruitment hubs located in Melbourne, Canberra and Raymond Terrace.

A merit pool will be created to fill future roles that become available.
