**The Role**
The APS Recruitment Directorate has multiple ongoing and non-ongoing positions available for individuals who can see themselves as Recruitment Specialists. A merit list will be created to fill future roles that become available.
The roles vary in nature and will have a focus on:
- Training and Development: Designing and delivering recruitment focused information and training sessions in line with best practice,
- Integrity and Assurance: Developing assurance mechanisms to uphold the integrity of the recruitment processes within Defence and ensure our systems and processes are compliant with legislation and meet best practice,
- Governance and Reporting: Supporting our leadership team to enable recruitment by providing policy and legislative guidance; creating, interpreting and communicating complex reporting data; coordinating our financial contracts; and, managing our internal operations.

- Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams.
