We partner with suppliers and service providers in professional and essential services across Australia and New Zealand, so they can get paid faster while their customers pay in monthly instalments.

At Procuret we help transform the Customer’s business for the better Whether it is helping Customers that are seeking to use our service for another purchase, renewing their plans or communicating with customers through short term challenges.

**What your day will look like**:
An amazing customer experience is important to us, and so is being able to fund market leading products, whilst maintaining a quality portfolio.
- **Primary responsibilities include**:_
- Monitor and interact with Customers of Procuret on the phone to get them back on track including during early-stage non-payment events.
- Monitoring new customers, checking in to see how they are travelling.
- Managing customer inquiries about their plans and ad-hoc requests.
- Helping with dispute resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of your communication with customers.

**What we’re looking for?**
- This is predominantly a phone-based role, so someone that thrives on the phone with customers
- Strong communicator, professional approach, with good negotiation and influencing skills, someone who possesses impeccable phone manner.
- A compassionate individual who thrives working in small teams and fast paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service environment is ideal but not essential.
- Upcoming or recent Commerce or Finance related degree graduate is preferred, but not essential.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,999.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- current Police Check for employment (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
