**The role**
The Project Management Lead will deliver value to our customers by partnering with the business to plan and deliver a suite of corporate projects and change initiatives. This role is committed to leading continuous development and improvement in project management across the organisation.
The role contributes as a project lead and business lead, also providing high quality analysis to identify and articulate the need for change and to facilitate that change.
**What you’ll bring**
- A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in project management.
- Demonstrated leadership in end to end delivery of corporate projects including preparation of project briefs, allocation and co-coordination of resources, management of quality (scope), systems and processes.
- Ability to actively identify, document, monitor and escalate risks (Manage risks, actions, issues and deliverables - RAID).
- Ability to liaise and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders including facilitating meetings and workshops to collaboratively deliver projects.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain sound working relationships at all levels.
