**The role**

The Information Management Lead is responsible for managing and ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of information and records within the organisation. They develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This position will work closely with technology teams, management, and external stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement appropriate measures for management.

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven operational Records Management experience.
- Experience in information security and compliance.
- Working knowledge of relevant records legislation, standards and statutory processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
