Coffee on Cue are looking for an Event Driver Barista & Ops Assistant, with the role comprising of a mix between warehouse operations, making coffee as well as delivering & installing coffee carts.

Coffee on Cue specialises in taking the kind of coffee that you would get at a great specialty cafe - and serving that at events.

We pride ourselves on being a values-based organisation, and serve specialty coffee that's roasted in-house.

About the role:
We are expanding our team and are looking for an Event Driver Barista & Ops Assistant in Sydney.

The role is a mix between behind-the-scenes event logistics and operations & service at events. You'll oversee our La Marzocco gear and ensure that carts are looking sharp and service runs smooth.

You can expect a mix between warehouse operations, making coffee as well as delivering & installing coffee carts.

If you love to problem solve, have a keen eye for detail, thrive with systems and can happily work autonomously this is perfect for you.

The roster is based firstly around events, and does require weekend work on an occasional basis.

Please note there is driving and heavy lifting is involved.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- A valid full Australian drivers licence
- Strong technical literacy & great with software
- Ability to follow systems & processes
- Take pride in your appearance
- Be willing & able to take on feedback to grow
- Be up for a new challenge
- Have 2 years coffee experience under your belt
