Logistics Supervisor

We are currently looking for Full-time Warehouse Labourers to prep stock for our exhibitions and events.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will include responsibilities in the following areas
- People Management
- both Customers, Suppliers and Sub Contractors.
- Managing the onsite supervisors to deliver a premium service and ensuring quality is maintained
- Day to day operations including daily routing of resources
- Driver management and training to our existing team
- Recruitment/training
- working toward fleet goal targets for upcoming contracts.
- Organising the runs/schedule/shifts/rosters
- Sub contractor driver audits
- Fleet administration/management
- Backup Delivery Driving where required

**Successful applicants must**:

- Be able to work over 45hrs a week. SATURDAY MORNING IS A MUST
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be physically fit, this role can be physically demanding and high intensity
- A current Forklift (LF) licence is advantageous although not essential

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Annandale, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
