**About the opportunity**

We're looking for a Group Knowledge Manager to build upon our knowledge management strategy at Littlepay. As a growing global business, Littlepay recognises the importance and value of knowledge management to help achieve our goals.

Reporting to the Global Head of Product and working closely with the boarder leadership group, you will lead a small knowledge team developing and implementing knowledge management strategies across the business.

Knowledge at Littlepay spans people, platforms, processes and content across Product, Engineering, People and Culture, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- People - collaboration and communication to build a KM culture
- Platforms - tooling management to support knowledge strategies
- Processes - best practice ways of working to create efficiency
- Content - support SMEs write and structure information to improve content quality

This role offers a tremendous opportunity to have a positive and lasting impact on critical areas of the business. You will have the support of leadership to implement processes, as well as the tools and training to deliver on short and long term strategies.

**What you will be doing**:
Strategy and leadership
- Set the direction and promote a KM culture at Littlepay
- Establish a roadmap of tooling and process improvements across multiple business functions
- Lead and develop a small team of knowledge managers
- Work with leadership to define cascading team OKRs in line with overall business objectives

Processes and implementation:

- Maintain and establish KM frameworks, driving adoption by multiple business units
- Provide content governance for critical internal and external information
- Manage KM tooling and best practice use throughout the business
- Establish training to support adoption of KM strategies and tooling

**Requirements**:
Ideally, you'll:

- Have at least 5 years' experience creating and implementing KM programs in the technology industry
- Have proven experience managing teams in fast paced environments
- Be a self-motivated, proactive and ambitious leader
- Be a strong communicator and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Be willing to contribute individually when required, using strong writing skills
- Have the ability to curate, review and coach
- Be confident with technical concepts such as APIs and SDKs
- Have experience with a wide range of tooling such as, Notion, Google Suite, Jira, Redocly
- Have knowledge of business domains - payments, transit, finance is highly advantageous
