**About the role**:
Reporting into our _Head of Group Transformation_, this newly created role will see you collaborating with senior leadership to understand business goals, vision, and challenges, in turn enabling you to lead the successful design of new business models and optimisation of existing ones, with a focus on customer experience and business efficiency.

This role will see you leverage frameworks such as service design, business model canvas, and journey mapping to design end-to-end solutions, as well as identify and analyse key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities within business processes and customer interactions.

You will also;
- Translate high-level business strategy into actionable design and delivery frameworks
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints/workplans, and other collaborative activities to co-create solutions with key stakeholders
- Engage with diverse stakeholders (executive leadership, business unit leaders, product teams, etc.) to gather insights and needs
- Define success metrics for transformation initiatives and aligning them with business KPMs (Key Success Measures)
- Ensure that the solution design is aligned with both operational and technical feasibility, and considering dependencies across teams
- Identifying potential risks and barriers to successful implementation and mitigating them proactively
- Working with project managers and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from design to implementation

***About you and your skills**:
You’ll also have:

- Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification, with MBA, CPA or similar business qualification an advantage
- Strong skills in business model design, process optimisation, and customer journey mapping, with a focus on delivering both business and customer value
- Ability to translate high-level business strategy into concrete design and delivery frameworks that align with organisational objectives
- Extensive experience in defining and managing change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new business solutions
- Strong understanding of both the operational and technical feasibility of business solutions, ensuring alignment with existing systems and infrastructure
