**The role**:
Manage and control the Port Adelaide and Smithfield Concrete Plants.

**What you will be doing**:

- Concrete plant production & supervision of staff
- Management of logistics fleet
- Quality control and plant maintenance
- Promoting Health, Safety & Environment in the plant
- Total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm
- Participation in the leadership group
- Associated reporting and administration duties for the above areas

**About you**:

- Broad range of experience with production exposure to concrete and quarries
- Proven experience leading diverse teams
- Excellent level of computer literacy
- Strong commercial nous and ability to maintain the effective performance of the business
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
