Qualifications & experience:
- Concrete batching experience - mobile or fixed plants
- Front-end loader and HR ticket required
- Moderate understanding of computer systems and programs
- Current and valid Drivers License
- Strong leadership attributes including the ability to drive a positive working culture
- Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Supervise and operate a mobile batch plant
- Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs
- Day-to-day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant including stock control of raw materials
- Maintaining accurate logs and reports
- Managing the day to day activities of a concrete batching plant including overseeing truck allocation for deliveries
- Coordinating routine maintenance of the batch plant and ancillary equipment
- Reporting to stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently with remote support
- General yard and plant housekeeping
- Safe operation of a front end loader
