They are now seeking a talented **Sales Team Leader** to drive the performance of their Brisbane sales consultants.

As the Sales Team Leader, you will:

- Lead and motivate a team of up to 7 Travel Consultants to achieve targets across sales, productivity and customer service
- Coach and develop the team through training, mentoring and feedback
- Embody the company's values around quality, integrity and passion
- Ensure adherence to sales processes while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Onboarding of new starters will be a key part of your role, delivering training sessions and ensuring the learning is embedded effectively.
- Collaborate with sales managers to continuously improve performance

To be successful, you will need:

- Extensive B2C sales experience, ideally in travel or a related industry
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and get the best out of teams
- **Exceptional coaching and people development skills**:

- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities to engage diverse audiences
