**Job Description**:
We currently have a great opportunity for YOU to accelerate your success by joining our Workplace Management Services team. This 'hospitality style' division of Colliers is designed for premium businesses that desire best in class service for their guests and employees. We create, curate and manage workplace experiences.
**The Role**
This role is ideal for an experienced customer service professional skilled at customer and/or employee engagement who is ready to transition into the corporate sector.
The Workplace Engagement Coordinator/ Virtual Community Coordinator is the custodian of the workplace virtual event and social spaces and is responsible for:
- Managing Virtual Community programs to provide a first-class online connection for all of the clients' wider workforce
- Ensuring all relevant documentation (links, budget, registrations) is completed in a timely and accurate fashion to support the Community and programs
- Managing planning, setup and delivery of virtual elements of the Community engagement plan to ensure client requirements are exceeded
- Ensuring a premium experience for all hosts, facilitators, VIPs and guests to the Virtual Community, registration procedures followed, and facilitators are provided with required support
- Providing Tier 1 tech support to all Virtual Community events in advance of and throughout the duration of all events
- Strategising integration of the Virtual Community and on-site events/pop-ups/activations nationally and execute implementation
- Working with National Community Manager to ensure communication and signage is executed within the required timeline to promote and share all community programs

**Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised and as well as being an effective team member
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks whilst meeting deadlines
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Customer Service, Concierge, Events or Catering experience
- Intermediate systems and technology skills including Microsoft Suite
- Experience working in a similar role is desirable
