**The Role**:
This role is based out of our Brisbane depot. The role will include the following duties:

- Maintaining NHVAS Information
- Scanning and entering Work Diary Pages (WDP's)
- Performing compliance checks on WDP's to ensure accurate completion
- Ensuring WDP's are submitted in accordance with company and legislative time frames
- Data entry and maintenance of other compliance related information and documentation
- Other ad hoc duties as directed
- Auditing & scanning WDP
- Assisting drivers who have breached WDP
- Generating & sending multiple reports
- Educating staff on compliance issues

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or industry
- Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Brilliant attention to detail and organisational skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
