**About this role**:
This well established Sydney studio is seeking a talented Associate Interior Designer to join their creative, multi-disciplinary team. They pride themselves on hiring and shaping professionals who thrive in a diverse and collaborative culture. You will be an all-round designer with an eye for detail and creative design working on all stages from concept through to delivery across workplace, residential and health projects.
** Key responsibilities**
- Prepare interior design concepts collaboratively with the project design team
- Allocate resources to suit project needs and general development of best practice, in consultation with the Project Director
- Cultivate existing and new client relationships
- Lead large scale projects
- Provide design leadership and guidance to the interior team as well as nurture and motivate team members
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote an interdisciplinary design approach and philosophy

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Working at a level equivalent to 10+ years of interior design practice experience
- Advanced Revit skills
- Ideally an established leader with developed people management skills
- Previous experience working on high quality workplace projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential
- A positive and professional attitude
