**About this role**:
A dynamic Interior Architecture and Design firm are seeking a talented Interior Designer with excellent Revit skills to join their Sydney-based studio. Working concept to delivery, you will be responsible for the design and supervision of the construction of commercial and residential building interiors with a focus on enhancing living and working environments. In addition, you will be a stand-out, proactive designer with a creative flair and an eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acting as 'Lead Designer' across a number of project types ranging in size, and seeing it through from the concept phase to completion
- Prepare interior design concepts collaboratively with the project design team
- Develop and prepare design presentations to communicate to clients, communities and other stakeholders
- Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate for the space
- Creating materials/finishes schedules and drawing packages for Tender and Construction Documentation
- Self-motivated work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands
- Be solution focused in the requirements of team members, clients, project managers and contractors

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- Working at a level equivalent to 3-4 years of industry experience
- Advanced Revit skills essential
- Understanding of spatial planning regulations in compliance with BCA and current legislation
- Extensive technical, construction and detailing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
