We are seeking for a highly motivated and talented Associate Interior Designer with vision, positive attitude, and long-term plans to complement our growing firm.

The role will be part of a team of creative professionals and liaise with clients, project managers, consultants, and other disciplines to deliver world class and creative designs and solutions to meet the client’s needs and desires. You will also be handling some administrative duties to accommodate other needs of the client.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizing and executing design concepts that align with the client's vision and objectives.
- Utilizing Revit to create accurate and detailed design documentation.
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
- Maintaining high standards of design quality and attention to detail
- Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
- Coordination with multiple disciplines, including building architects, MEP engineers, and onsite construction team.
- Preparation of clear and impressive client presentations
- Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
- Source materials and products included in plans.
- Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
- Polite and respectful communication with clients, vendors, and the team

**Education and Work Experience**:

- Minimum of ten (10) years experience as Interior Designer
- Equipped with Technical skills including Revit or ArchiCAD, PowerPoint, Adobe and Bluebeam
- NCIDQ is not required however is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design abilities, specifically in workplace or commercial projects.
- Experience working in Australia is essential, paired with full Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of architectural and interior documents
- Ability to efficiently prepare budgets for all project types
