Long established & busy strata management office in Rockdale. We require experienced Strata Assistant to join our friendly team.

**Strata Assistant Main Role**:

- Assist strata manager maintaining buildings in all aspects
- Arrange quotes, work orders
- Communicate with committees and contractors
- Prepare documentations related

**Requirements: Experienced or holding the registration**
- Time management, multi
- task ability, attention to details
- Clear and accurate communication skills
- People skill, customer service
- Passion and enthusiastic, team player
