**Your new role**
This organisation is looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer/Coordinator to join their high volume project for a 6 month contract. Your responsibilities would include but do not limit:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across the business including the provision of advice, support and training to line managers and coordinating and executing effective end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance as needed.
- Resolve internal and external customer and supplier queries providing policies and interpretation of policy.
- Data management, reporting, delivering training and development and implementation of system improvements
- Generate resourcing metrics and reports to customers and management
- Monitor and review all HR Elements, processes to ensure continuous improvement.
