**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a **Claims Resolution Review Specialist**. The Claims Resolution Review Specialist is responsible to review supplier claim approval flow to ensure compliance to the Grocery Code of Conduct and processing manual claims as required.

This role will also facilitate the process of supplier’s disputed claims investigation and provide support to the Claims Resolution Manager ensuring timely and accurate data entry. Provide high level of customer service to suppliers and internal customers regarding disputed claims and enquiries

**In this Role**
- Ensure compliance of Supplier Claims to the Grocery Code of Conduct
- Prepare basic reports and data requests
- Processing of claims using excel templates
- Data Entry disputes accurately and efficiently into Metcash systems
- Support in resolving suppliers disputed claims and complex enquiries

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- +2 years of Retail/Wholesale experience is essential
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Adherence to policy and procedures, time management and planning skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Microsoft Office experience - with Advanced Data Entry skills
