We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Resolution Specialist to join our Finance, Food team at Macquarie Park, (NSW).
This role will be responsible for facilitating the process of supplier’s disputed claims investigation and provide support to the Claims Resolution Manager ensuring timely and accurate data entry. You will be required to provide high level of customer service to suppliers and internal customers regarding disputed claims and enquiries.
What You’ll do
- Data Entry disputes accurately and efficiently into Metcash systems.
- Support in resolving suppliers disputed claims and complex enquiries
- Engage with key suppliers to understand background of disputed claims and enquiries
- Educate and up skill suppliers on correct processes to prevent reoccurring disputed claims and enquiries
- Identify patterns and reasons for disputed/enquiries and investigate root cause to recommend process improvement and prevent re-occurring.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Prepare basic reports and data requests
What You’ll bring
- Experience in AP/AR role would be advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced Data Entry skills
- Experienced with Remittances, Invoices, Adjustment Notes and other accounting documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Adherence to policy and procedures, time management and planning skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
