This well-respected consulting firm offers energy management and advisory services for business customers. The group also implements and manages embedded network solutions for large building complexes, providing energy savings for tenants and income for landlords. An opportunity has become available for a reliable, professional Billing Support Officer to join the team based in the Hawthorn East office, with hybrid work also available.
Working as a key member of the Billing team and reporting to the Team Leader, you will assist customers, providing billing support and customer service. You will also prepare and process billing data, identifying and correcting errors as needed. Working alongside the Customer Service and Projects teams, you will also liaise with external metering and solar companies to ensure information is kept up to date.
Positive and self-motivated, you will ideally have prior office-based administration and service experience - exposure to a customer billing system would be advantageous. You will have good PC skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. You will enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with people regularly, internally, and externally. You are now looking to join a well-run business where there is a great culture, a friendly office and flexible work. Whilst energy experience would be beneficial, it is not essential.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
