**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customer Accounting Officer to work within our Shared Services Team within Finance.

Key responsibilities include billing customers for services provided, processing credit notes, debt collection, liaising with operational administration and families as appropriate, follow through on queries and support accounts payable function.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will have extensive knowledge of AR and AP functions gained in a large fast paced office environment preferably within the not for profit sector. You are great at problem solving and negotiating best outcomes for customers and business, your attention to detail is second to none and you excel with your customer service.

You are highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, specifically excel, have ability to work with a variety of customers from diverse backgrounds, are a self starter, can operate in a team as well as independently.

Your organization and time management skills are excellent allowing you to meet tight deadlines
