A permanent full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with an **Australian owned and operated market leader in transport refrigeration and heating**.

Located in a modern office in Darra, this well established, highly reputable and progressive company offers a supportive team environment, onsite undercover parking and ongoing career development and training opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- End to end supplier account processing and reconciliations (experience with MS Excel and Navision/Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be highly beneficial)
- Timely and accurate payment of accounts (domestic and international - an understanding of international money transfer process and values would be advantageous)
- Working with internal departments to ensure accurate coding and authorisation of purchases
- Liaising with suppliers (domestic and international) as well as freight and transport companies
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
- Corporate credit card and bank statement reconciliations
- Processing employee reimbursements (travel/meals/tools, etc)
- Petty cash
- Associated administrative and recordkeeping tasks as required
- Assisting with accounts receivable and debt collection in a backup capacity (as required)
- Assisting with payroll processing and timesheet data entry (as required)

To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:

- Previous aligned experience in an accounts payable role
- _Accounts receivable or payroll experience advantageous but not essential_
- Intermediate MS Excel and confidence learning/using finance systems (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience advantageous but not essential)
- Strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume processing environment
- Strong attention to detail with a team player approach
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
