A permanent full time opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to commence asap. Located in a modern office in Darra, you would be joining a family owned and operated business who are global leaders in transport refrigeration and heating. You will have access to onsite undercover parking as well as ongoing career development and training opportunities.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- 2+ years experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Accounts receivable or payroll experience desirable but not essential
- Motivation
- Reliability and punctuality
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboarding skills
- To be a Team Player
- To be able to work autonomously

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- End to end supplier account processing and reconciliations (experience with Excel and NAVIISION would be highly beneficial)
- Process timely and accurate payment of accounts (domestic & international - an understanding of international money transfer process and values would be desirable)
- Regular liaison with Managers to ensure accurate coding and authorisation of purchases
- Regular liaising with Spare Parts, Service and Sales departments
- Liaising with suppliers (domestic and international) as well as freight and transport companies
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Corporate credit card reconciliations
- Employee reimbursements - travel/meals/tools etc
- Petty Cash
- Other administrative tasks as required - Filing of paperwork connected to the role and other paperwork as required
- Accounts Receivable (Backup as required) (Experience desirable but not essential)
- Bank Statement reconciliation
- Debt collection
- Payroll (Experience desirable but not essential)
- Timesheet data entry
