Team Leader Sales Pet Insurance

**Purpose of the Role**

As our new Sales Team leader, you will be leading a team of dedicated Sales consultant by, developing talent, driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences are provided.

You will:

- Lead & motivate Sales consultants to achieve sales, compliance and customer satisfaction goals
- Monitor team & individual performance across key metrics and provide real-time, coaching development and support
- Ensure escalated complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Onboard and overseeing training of new sales consultants
- Ensuring policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Using performance data to identify and optimise team effectiveness

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, preferably within a sales environment
- A solid understanding of the insurance industry, including sales processes, products, and customer service standards
- Experience in managing performance and resolving issues effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support team development
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry, beneficial
