**About the Role**

We are currently searching for a VIC Territory Manager, based in Western Suburbs to partner with our valued Clients in the FMCG Activation Team segment to help drive sales and business growth of their products in a highly competitive market.

Reporting to the State Activation Manager you will be a strategic and operationally minded professional, responsible for a Territory within VIC managing a team of retail stores.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of driving Solid sales experience in retail hardware, FMCG or consumer durable sales will be highly valued but not essential - this role is for you

**Key functions of the role include**:

- Lead and manage a territory of Retail partners
- Awareness of the current major retailer environment
- Implement the agreed customer plan through field operations
- Project management and attention to detail
- Efficient communication with all level of stakeholders

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Retail/Sales/Territory Management experience
- Evidence of managing projects, sales budgets and strategic planning
- Experience in Territory/ Store based profitability management
- Customer relationship management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong people management and coaching abilities
