Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and engagement.
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and public relations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with academic departments to promote programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
