**Working at NTT**
- Taking the initiative and leading our clients on their Database journey
- Develop requirements and technical specifications documents, estimate time and effort required to implement solutions and size databases
- Undertake technical discussions with client stakeholders and formulate and present solutions that match their requirements
- Grasp new SQL Server-related technologies easily and provide thought leadership to our clients
- Work cross-functionally with our Business Development Managers and Managed Service DBA teams to ensure alignment and the ability to execute

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Advanced to Expert level experience in Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven SQL Server Design and Installation experience
- Worked with a variety of SQL Server versions from 2005 to 2019
- The ability to read, understand and produce detailed technical artefacts and present solutions to stakeholders
- Excellent skills with Performance investigations, reporting and tuning
- Knowledge and experience designing and implementing SQL Server High Availability and Disaster Recovery capabilities including Always On Availability Groups and Log Shipping
- Experience working with Windows Server failover clusters
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Azure or AWS experience would be highly regarded
- Australian Citizenship or an existing Baseline or NV1 security clearance would be advantageous
