Job Description
- **The Client**

A global company who is involved in providing software to businesses to organise their data. This is done through the combination of planning, analytics, financial reporting and business intelligence.

Their clients can understand data without requiring IT help. Overall, the aim of the company is to assist organisations to maximise their financial performance.

You will be working in a diverse and unique team responsible for address customers' technical and configuration concerns.

**Duties & Requirements**
- You will be managing client launches on an end-to-end basis.
- Training customers on how to use the company's software.
- Converting legacy databases to current releases.
- Using dynamic CRMs to maintain information.
- Creating middle-wear to support implementation and use the relevant scripting processes in DOS and vbs.
- Establishing validation databases using Access, MS SQL Server and more.
- Implementing upgrades to existing sites and new sites remotely using tools such as Cisco, Webex and VPN.

**About You**
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Implementations Consultant.
- Able to work remotely on client sites using tech such as RDP and Cisco.
- Worked with many ERP systems.
- Can demonstrate implementation across multiple platforms and sites including troubleshooting issues and web development.
- Comfortable in legacy database conversions.
