**JD - Functional BA - Consumer Goods**
- 10+ years of experience as Functional Consultant and min 2 years in Consumer Goods industry.
- Salesforce experience or knowledge will be plus
- Should have an experience in - Retail Consumer Goods business, current trends, challenges, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Retail Execution, manage & optimize store visits, surveys etc
- Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods/Fast Moving Consumer Goods space, particularly with a front office focus in both B2B and B2C domains. These include consumer marketing and digital engagement, consumer care, retail execution, trade promotion management, distributor management, supplier relationship management
- Should be able to lead customers on their process and business challenges ensuring balanced, scalable CG Cloud implementations that meet and exceed customer needs
- Consult with customers on to-be processes once they move their Retail Execution/TPM processes to CGCloud
- Organize workshops, facility discussions on requirements, write and develop user stories with acceptance criteria and get it approved by business.
- Acting as the voice of the customer to our engineers you will provide guidance on user behavior to help
