**The Opportunity**

We are working with a well known Australian business and assisting them on a Security Uplift program of work and are looking for a security/IDAM focused Technical Business Analyst to join the team for an initial 6 month contract.

You will be working across a number of initiatives within the security uplift as well as general BA duties

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in the following:

- Identity management related knowledge/experience - ICAM, IDAM
- PAM (privileged access management)
- UAR- user access review
- Requirement gathering
- Requirements traceability matrix - align system functions back to requirements
- Involvement in preparing for RFP- vendor and tool selection
- Document & analyse decision matrix
- Prior experience working on business related projects as a Business Analyst
- Able to work well with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changes in direction as the work required
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- Strong skills with Jira and Confluence
- Be adaptable in creating new templates and recommending the right documentation structure.
- Good analytical skills + reasoning, questioning etc i.e., someone who will question things and not just document the information they are give
