**Indigenous Student Coordinator**:
Applications are invited for a permanent, part-time role (approximately 0.5 FTE) as an **Indigenous Student Coordinator**, starting in Term 1, 2025. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a culturally appropriate and sustainable support program for Aboriginal students at the school.

The Indigenous Student Coordinator will also work with the team of school staff (classroom teachers, wellbeing and learning support staff, co-curricular coordinators, boarding staff and others) to continue to support individual Aboriginal students, their participation, attendance and ongoing growth and development. They are also encouraged to support the ongoing development of our school Reconciliation Action Plan and provide and strengthen cultural awareness within the whole school community.

The successful applicant will be passionate about education and growing the next generation of Aboriginal leaders. They will be organised, collaborative and an excellent communicator. Applicants should have appropriate qualifications in education, social work, counselling or other key disciplines. They will be committed to the full life of the school and supportive of its inclusive Christian ethos. Previous experience working with young people and/or Aboriginal communities would also be an advantage for this role.
