Personal Assistant

We are now seeking a Personal Assistant to join our Workplace Law team in Adelaide on a permanent basis. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates with a preference for full-time availability.

This is an excellent opportunity for part-time law students looking to gain valuable experience in a legal environment prior to graduation.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Assisting Solicitors in the management of a legal practice, and contributing to the effective functioning of the Legal team;
• Providing administrative and paralegal support to our Legal team including file management, drafting and sending correspondence and research;
• Calendar management;
• Processing monthly billings; and
• Adhoc receptionist duties.

The successful applicant will have:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fast and accurate typing skills;
• The ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and show attention to detail;
• Intermediate level of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
• The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and efficient with great technical skills and a real passion for providing exceptional support.
